Tiffany St James is the former Head of Public Participation for the UK Government and a social technologist, social media strategist, trainer and international speaker, advising governments and industry on embedding social media in global businesses. She aligns corporate objectives, people skills and evolving technology to embed practical digital and social media strategy for impactful change and growth. Her focus in 2012 is building Social Media War Rooms for businesses and Social TV analytics for broadcasters.
Paul Lewis is Special Projects Editor for the Guardian. He was named Reporter of the Year at the British Press Awards 2010 and won the 2009 Bevins Prize for outstanding investigative journalism. He previously worked at the Washington Post as the Stern Fellow.
