Welcome to the Standards and Best Practice section of the BIMA website. Over the following months we will endeavour to provide advice and guidance across a number of topics. Whether you are an agency owner, manager, designer, developer or independent freelancer we hope the information provided will allow you to assess and implement where necessary, best practice processes and standards.

This group's objectives are to:

  1. Define the issues that matter the most to the industry
  2. Establish connections with agencies and third parties who can help facilitate positive change
  3. Create a dependable resource of the most up-to-date guidelines for practitioners working in digital technologies.

BIMA believe that for our industry to develop and remain at the forefront, we need to be responsive to trends and external influences. By adopting and delivering relevant best practice and standards the UK digital industry can make a clear differentiation of its quality and ability.

We welcome discussions and input from experts in any related field. If you want to contribute - and help set standards in our industry - please contact Liz Citron.
