The Business Analyst is a key member of our project team – in a sector that continues to move extremely quickly, your key abilities, strengths and previous experience in a digital agency or consultancy will be put to the test – working on solutions that could take the form of a decision framework, a governance process or the creative application of technology.
You will be able to take ambiguous, often complex business problems and work confidently and collaboratively to define the problem, define and articulate the opportunity, think through potential innovative solutions and recommend subsequent actions. You will be a real selfstarter with lots of energy and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
REPORTING TO THE PROGRAMME DIRECTOR YOU WILL NEED TO ENSURE YOU’RE ON TOP OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Defining requirements at a strategic, conceptual level and to co-architecting the road-map, next steps, through to delivery
• Delivering cost/benefit analysis assessment/recommendations
• Documentation/reporting
• Defining, scoping and planning solutions
• Gathering business/functional requirements and then measuring results
• Identifying any organisational change required
• Performing work under established procedures and using existing document templates
• Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet specified quality requirements and deadlines
• Communicating the results of technical analysis to the client in a way that ensures there is clarity and sign-off of the project
specifications
• Assessing the impact of change requests on the proposed solution and identifying risks and benefits from their implementation
• Developing business process models and building technology based business cases that will enable the achievement of business
objectives
• Engaging with end users and holding stakeholder forums to fully understand all user requirements

• Previous experience working on a large scale, global web
applications with multi-million end user base
• Ability to decompose requirements in ton Agile user stories
• Ability to conduct client Product Backlog sessions
• Ability to sit in-between user experience/creative design and
development teams
• Good oral and written skills – capable of interacting with clients at the
most senior level
• Evidence of strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn, and assimilate new ideas quickly and gain the respect
of fellow team members and clients
• MS Office suite
• Excel & Visio expert
