As a senior Flex developer you will be leading the development of a range Rich Internet Applications suitable for the youth market. As well as designing and managing the deployment of this product framework, you will also act as a technical mentor to our current four-strong development team. The team comprises experienced PHP/MySQL developers with knowledge of ActionScript 2 for use in game development. Your role will be to identify training requirements and support them as they familiarise themselves with AS3 and the Flex development architecture as well as general best practice in Object Oriented Programming.
