Are you looking to develop your user experience leadership expertise further by working for a digital agency that has delivered outstanding and inspirational projects continuously over the last 10 years? If so, this opportunity will interest as they are looking to expand the UX team by hiring a Group User Experience Director. You will be expected to not only maintaining their excellent reputation but also develop that further by meeting projects set by the world’s most exciting brands.
By working closely with creative, planning and technology teams, the Group User Experience Director will lead multiple, inter dependent UX workstreams on complex engagements. If successful, you will be leading a collaborative team to research and design awesome user experiences. Projects will be delivered across a variety of platforms (mobile, web, kiosk, tv, tablet etc) to a wide range of audiences. Your projects will often have a global reach so the ability to serve a wide range of users is a key challenge.
You’ll have the opportunity to promote advanced techniques (e.g. rapid prototyping, remote testing) as well as UX best practice, to ensure you and your team are delivering market leading products to demanding brands who want to get ahead of the game.
Essential experience: a depth of research and design expertise, delivering information architecture, content strategy, user experience and usability to major brands across multiple platforms. Excellent leadership skills – the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor award winning UX specialists
