REPORTING TO THE HEAD OF UX YOU WILL NEED TO ENSURE YOU’RE ON TOP OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Developing client relationships through industry and solution expertise, whilst working across several accounts simultaneously
• Designing and facilitating senior client workshops and client interviews
• Conceptualising and delivering the design of digital solutions
• Acting as the conduit between the client and both creative and technical disciplines
• Leading user research activities
• Interpreting results from user research as design or strategic recommendations
• Managing the delivery of high quality UX deliverables
• Demonstrating clear thought-leadership
• Communicating within team, across departments and externally.
• Identifying appropriate research method(s) based on project needs
• Applying an iterative user centred design methodology
• Scoping, prioritising and costing the user experience components of proposals
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Experience of a variety of
research techniques covering:
• Generative research methods
• Evaluative research methods
• Varying analysis and synthesis
techniques
DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
As well as excellent design skills
you will have an appreciation of:
• Various design methods
• Iteration planning
• Technical opportunities
FACILITATION & PRESENTATION
We need a confident individual who
has the following:
• Ability to communicate upwards
• Excellent presentation skills
• Superb written skills
• Group facilitation techniques
