Summary

Part of our social media offering includes a service we have developed, Sway, that allows clients to research and monitor which websites are most influential in their market. Being able to quantify influence is a consideration that can be tremendously valuable in assessing websites that might be suitable for partnerships or advertising. SWAY™ also allows real time research into customer opinions that they have provided on websites, blogs, networks and forums and prioritises where the brand should be commenting on published web material. This allows up to the hour response to online PR opportunities, both positive and negative. Some of our clients that have already benefited from the use of SWAY™ are Persil (Unilever), Radox (Sara Lee), Infiniti and Nissan Europe.
