Cambridge-based web design agency, Onespacemedia, has launched a new website for sailing crew community, Crewseekers.
Crewseekers is a subscription based service connecting skippers, boat owners and organisations offering sailing opportunities with individuals and groups searching for crewing opportunities globally.
The team at Onespacemedia has designed and built a new website and application for Crewseekers which builds on the company’s success to date. The new platform combines leading web technologies with state-of-the-art design practices to help Crewseekers improve market share in a competitive landscape and positions the business as the number one online destination to promote and find crewing opportunities.
The project involved creating an intuitive marketing website with an inbuilt web application. The application allows members to sign up, manage profiles, browse and apply for opportunities and create listings.
The new site is fully responsive and driven by a powerful content management system - this allows for future expansion of the site and can be managed in-house by non-technical staff.
