This latest acquisition complements Valtech’s broader organic growth strategy in recent years. True Clarity increases Valtech’s depth of capabilities in ecommerce and experience platforms such as Sitecore, while also adding an impressive roster of brands to Valtech’s existing portfolio, including noteworthy additions in the retail and transport verticals such as EasyJet, Dyson and ASOS, among others.
