Get to grips with the fundamentals of User-Experience (UX) design, concepts and methods.

Whether you work in marketing, design, development or aspire to work in UX, this three day course will give you a set of skills that are increasingly in demand among employers.

You'll learn how to:

Build personas of target user groups

Research user needs and understand user journeys

Sketch and wireframe interfaces

Plan and conduct user testing

By the end of this course you’ll be familiar with the terminologies, concepts and techniques used in UX design.
