Drive change from within the BIMA Mentoring council. Two exciting development opportunities to get involved in - we want to hear from you.

The BIMA Mentoring council is looking for two stellar volunteer representatives to help drive BIMA’s mentoring agenda, using your industry knowledge and expertise to take the initiative to the next level. Working alongside senior members of the BIMA Central Council, this is a fantastic development opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience, working with some of the industry-leading figures shaping the future of the British digital industry.

What we are looking for…

Project Manager

As the BIMA Mentoring Council Project Manager, you’ll drive the whole project, working closely with all council members to achieve our goals and hit deadlines. We’ll need your experience running projects to deadline, great influencing skills and strong administration skills to support the soft launch of the next project stage in September.

Content Producer

As a Content Producer, you’ll lead our subject matter experts to deliver pieces to camera and to produce some well-curated and creative content, in mediums determined by yourself and the wider council. You’ll be used to working with a wide range of content mediums, be able to add value and achieve high quality content for the wider BIMA readership.

For both positions, the successful candidate will hold an official position on the BIMA Mentoring Council – an excellent asset to your CV, and industry-wide recognition of your commitment to support the British digital industry.

You will be encouraged to bring your own take and skills to the fore – this is a chance to do things the way you’ve always wanted to.

Both roles are voluntary, offering rich experience outside of your normal role – please check in with your current organisation to see if they are happy to sponsor you to do this within working hours or feel free to volunteer in your own time.

To apply, please email jane.newell@silver-space.co.uk

Since becoming Managing Director of Head London in 2008 she has sat at the centre of delivering the company’s ambitious growth plans that have seen us become one of the most innovative and interesting digital product and service design companies in the UK. Prior to Head she worked to establish the digital offering of Fitch: London and WPP data marketing agency Blue.
