Gerry McCusker, CEO at Dog and Chair of BIMA Scotland invites you to join him and his guest Bruce Green, Associate Director at SI Partners (a global M&A advisor whose recent deals include Market Gravity’s sale to Deloitte and Adaptive Lab’s sale to Capgemini’s Idean) for an evening of fine dining and discussion.

The creative and tech M&A landscape has changed dramatically over recent years with a number of high profile mergers and acquisitions. There's an increased and exciting range of potential acquirers - at this round table event Bruce will discuss the new buyers in the market, the changing M&A landscape, reveal what criteria acquirers use to assess digital businesses and how you can achieve a premium valuation in sale.

This event is held under Chatham House Rules and is for Digital Leaders from member orgaanisations and digital agencies. Your ticket includes a welcome drink, 3 course dinner and wine.
